Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner. Disruptive behaviour, including excessive noise and damage to property, will not be tolerated.
Damage: Guests are liable for any damage caused to the hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of repairs or replacements to the guest’s credit card.  
Personal Belongings: The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables. 

Non-Smoking Policy: The hotel maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all rooms and public areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws.
Guest Numbers: The number of guests per room is limited to the number of persons stated at the time of booking. Exceeding this number may result in additional charges or refusal of service. 

Facilities: The use of hotel facilities, such as the pool, gym, and spa, is at the guest’s own risk. Guests are expected to adhere to all posted rules and guidelines.
Internet Access: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for guests. The hotel is not responsible for any interruptions or limitations in service.
Parking: Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel is not liable for any damage or theft of vehicles parked on the premises. 

Limitation of Liability: The hotel is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred by guests or their property, except in cases of gross negligence by the hotel.
Force Majeure: The hotel is not responsible for cancellations or changes to reservations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions. 

Personal Information: The hotel collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. This information is used for the purpose of managing reservations and providing services.
Security: The hotel takes reasonable precautions to protect guests’ personal information. However, it cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted electronically. 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of The Republic of Kenya.
